We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, and all forms of sexual exploitation. It is strictly prohibited to use the Site, or any content or feature of the Site, to promote, facilitate, advertise, or engage in human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or any form of commercial sexual exploitation or coercion. This prohibition applies to all content, messages, profiles, and any other use of the Site.
We maintain procedures designed to protect users from human and sex trafficking, including:
(a) Identity and age verification: every creator must provide government-issued identification and proof of age before publishing content, in accordance with our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping compliance;
(b) Content review: content on the Site is subject to review, and content that indicates trafficking, coercion, or third-party control is removed immediately;
(c) Consent requirements: all persons depicted in content must be verified adults who have consented to the creation and publication of that content (see our Content Removal Policy);
(d) Confidential reporting: anyone can report suspected trafficking to us confidentially, as described below.
If you believe that any person appearing on the Site is or may be a victim of trafficking or coercion, or that the Site is being used to promote or facilitate trafficking, report it to us immediately by email at support@yourfanslive.com or by phone at 877-729-0799 ext. 701. Reports are treated confidentially. Where the reporter's contact details are provided, receipt of the report will be acknowledged and the report reviewed within five (5) business days; content presenting evidence of illegality is removed immediately.
We maintain protocols to engage law enforcement in cases of suspicious activity. Where we identify or receive credible reports of suspected human or sex trafficking, we will: (a) immediately remove the content concerned and suspend the associated account(s); (b) preserve relevant records and evidence; and (c) report the matter to, and fully cooperate with, the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the FBI (tips.fbi.gov) and, where minors may be involved, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC, report.cybertip.org).
Any user who violates this policy will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently terminated, forfeit any pending payouts to the fullest extent permitted by law, and be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
