This Content Removal Policy applies to all content published on YourFansLive.com (the "Site"), operated by City Scene LLC, 1275 N. Clyborn, Chicago IL 60610. It forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Complaints Policy.
Anyone may request the removal of content that appears on the Site. This includes, without limitation, any person who is depicted in any content on the Site, whether or not they are a registered user, and whether or not they originally consented to the creation of the content.
To request removal of content, contact us by email at support@yourfanslive.com or by phone at 877-729-0799 ext. 701. Please include: (a) the URL(s) of the content in question; (b) the reason for the removal request; and (c) if you are a person depicted in the content, a statement to that effect. All removal requests are treated confidentially.
(a) All removal requests and reported complaints will be reviewed, and resolved, within five (5) business days of receipt.
(b) In the event there is evidence that content is illegal or otherwise non-compliant (including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual content, or content depicting or facilitating human or sex trafficking), the content will be removed immediately, without waiting for the completion of any investigation.
(c) If a person depicted in content states that the content was created or published without their consent, the content will be disabled while we investigate. If consent cannot be established, the content will be permanently removed.
(d) We will notify the requester of the outcome of their request by email or other electronic message.
Any person depicted in any content on the Site has the right to appeal any decision made by us regarding that content on the basis of a claim of lack of consent. To file an appeal, email support@yourfanslive.com with the subject line "Appeal", identifying the content concerned and the basis of the appeal.
In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal — including any disagreement as to whether consent was given — the disagreement will be resolved by a neutral body (an independent, neutral arbitration organization), at our expense.
Requests for removal of content on the basis of copyright infringement should be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Takedown Policy.
